CALINA – which is a blending of the Spanish words calidad (quality) and naturaleza (nature) – is a Spanish company founded in Jaen and settled down in Granada. Its objective is the practise of a sustainable and environmentally-friendly agriculture, giving priority to the quality through the use and recovery of traditional varieties and products.+
